By accessing or using findmyattorney.com ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

findmyattorney.com is an online directory and search platform that connects individuals seeking legal representation with attorneys and law firms. We do not provide legal advice, and we are not a law firm. The Site is an informational resource only. An attorney-client relationship is not formed by using this Site or by contacting an attorney through it.

3. No Legal Advice

Content on the Site, including attorney profiles, summaries, and ratings, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice or a recommendation. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation.

4. Attorney Listings & Advertising

Attorneys and law firms listed on the Site may pay for enhanced placement ("Preferred," "Suggested," or "Recommended" tiers). Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality. All attorneys remain subject to the advertising restrictions and professional conduct rules of the jurisdictions in which they are licensed.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

Attorney visibility subscriptions ("Recommended," "Suggested," and "Preferred") are billed monthly in advance through our third-party payment processor and automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your lawyer dashboard. A standard cancellation turns off auto-renewal, and your paid placement continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your lawyer profile cancels your subscription immediately. Because paid placement is active immediately upon purchase, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where a duplicate charge occurred or a technical failure prevented your placement from activating, in which case contact us for a full refund of the affected charge. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Information may be gathered from public internet sources and may not have been verified by the listed attorney. Claimed profiles are maintained by the attorney or firm.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site. You agree to provide truthful information when submitting inquiries to attorneys.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, findmyattorney.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
